WearAgain is a marketplace where users can buy, sell, rent, trade, request, and discuss clothing, dresses, bags, shoes, jewelry, and accessories. By using the website, you agree to use it honestly, safely, and respectfully.
You are responsible for your account, login information, listings, messages, and activity. You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate another person.
Listings must describe the item honestly, including condition, price, rental price, size, brand, color, and photos where possible. Fake, misleading, illegal, unsafe, or offensive listings are not allowed.
Users are responsible for confirming item details, prices, dates, pickup, delivery, and trade terms before completing any deal. Rental items should be returned on time and in agreed condition.
When available, users may ask WearAgain to buy an item and deliver it to their door for an extra service fee, currently $5. This service depends on item availability, seller response, delivery area, and admin confirmation.
Unless online payment is added later, payment arrangements may be handled between users or through WearAgain support for delivery-service requests. WearAgain may add service, delivery, or promotion fees where clearly shown.
Users must communicate respectfully. Harassment, scams, spam, threats, unsafe behavior, or attempts to abuse anonymous mode are not allowed. WearAgain may review reports and take action when needed.
Users can report listings or behavior. WearAgain may remove listings, suspend accounts, change statuses, or limit access when we believe rules were broken or the community may be at risk.
Reviews should be based on real transactions and written fairly. False, abusive, or misleading reviews may be removed.
WearAgain helps users connect and manage marketplace activity, but users remain responsible for their own agreements unless WearAgain explicitly confirms a managed service request.
